Harvey Updyke's mugshot from his arrest last week in Hammond, Louisiana.
OPELIKA - AL -
A judge has revoked the bond of a University of Alabama fan charged with poisoning Auburn University's Toomer's Corner oak trees.
Harvey Updyke's bond was revoked following his arrest during a recent dispute at a Lowe's store in Louisiana where he allegedly made "terrorist" threats towards employees and customers.
Updyke voluntarily surrendered himself into custody for psychiatric testing following a brief court hearing Thursday in Lee County. The move means Updyke's trial, set to begin next week, will almost certainly be postponed.
