A look at the tweets that caught Secret Service's eye

A Birmingham man is being held in the Jefferson County Jail after allegedly sending tweets threatening to kill President Obama.

According to court documents, Jarvis Britton sent the tweets in June, including one saying, "Free-speech? Really? Let's test this! Let's kill the President." A Special Agent met with Britton a few days later and says another threatening tweet was sent in September.

Britton will make his preliminary court appearance tomorrow.
