Update, 9:00PM: We are now being told that a total of 33 dogs were taken from the residence where the two dogs came from that attacked and killed a Leeds man.
A Leeds man is dead tonight after being attacked by two of his neighbors Rottweilers. According to Leeds Police, the unidentified man was getting his mail when the two dogs attacked and killed him. The incident happened on Weaver Drive around 4 o'clock Thursday afternoon.
According to ABC 33/40's Haley Westbrook, animal control and other agencies are in the process of removing 26 more Rottweiler type dogs from the neighbors premises.
Police are investigating and say that the neighbor is cooperating with the investigation.
