DPS identifies Blount County CR 39 accident victims

One person died after a wreck on County Road 39 in Blount County, Wednesday morning. The Alabama Department of Public Safety has identified the victim in the fatal wreck as Billy Joe Harris of Oneonta. Two others, Ryan Fells and Walter Ray Harris, were injured and transported to UAB for treatment of their injuries.
