Jefferson County Sheriff's office tells ABC 33/40 they are investigating a robbery at the BB&T Bank branch on Chalkville Mountain Road.
Robbery occurred at 3:22 p.m. at the BB&T Bank branch. Authorities are looking for two suspects dressed in all black from head to toe armed with handguns. Suspects left in a newer model Honda or Mazda SUV. No one was injured.
We have a crew on the scene and will bring you the latest as it becomes available.
Update #2 5:28 p.m.
Authorities say the suspects dumped the stolen Honda van at Grayson Trace apartments and they are believed to have fled in a gray/silver Ford Taurus sedan, possibly heading towards Georgia.
Update #1 4:58 p.m.
Deputies have located a black Honda Odyssey at Grayson Trace apartments located approximately two blocks from the bank.
