Jenkins was in Anniston for a party, an event the victim also attended. According  District Attorney Brian McVeigh, witnesses testified that the shooting took place as the victim's girlfriend moved out his home.  McVeigh says Jenkins, using a .9mm rifle shot an unarmed Marks.
