The trial for a Fairfield City Councilman, accused of groping and kissing his teenage granddaughter when she spent the night at his house, has been postponed.
Councilman Primus Mack faces a three count indictment charging him with sexual abuse, enticing a child and harassment. The councilman has pleaded "not guilty" to the allegations.
At the time of the alleged incident, Mack also worked as a church pastor and operated a home daycare.
