Tom Brokaw Hospitalized

Tom Brokaw says he's doing OK. He was taken to a Charlotte hospital this morning following an appearance on msnbc.

Brokaw took to Twitter to reassure his fans he was fine and to explain what happened. He tweeted, "I mistakenly took a half dose of Ambien and made less sense than usual. Made a better comeback than Giants."

The network says Brokaw felt "light-headed," and was taken to the hospital out of an "abundance of caution."

#Hillary2016

It appears the "Twitter-verse" wants Hillary Clinton to take one more crack at shattering America's highest glass ceiling.

As her husband took to the main stage last night, the hashtag #Hillary2016 became the top trend on Twitter in the United States.

It happened even before President Clinton gave her a shoutout in his speech saying, "President Obama appointed several members of his cabinet even though they supported Hillary in the primary. Heck, he even appointed Hillary!" said Clinton.

An ABC News, Washington Post poll in April found Secretary of State Clinton scoring a favorable rating of 65%. Hitting a new high in favorability data stretching back to her entry on the national stage 20-years-ago.

Dallas Cowboys

Dallas Cowboy fans have two things to celebrate this Thursday. Their team upset the reigning super bowl champion giants in last night's NFL season opener and the 'Boys from Dallas' are the most-valuable sports team in the United States.

Forbes says it values the Cowboys at more than $2.1 billion. Forbes attributes it to successful marketing and the team's stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The team is also a top seller of fan merchandise.
