Two of this week's big headlines:

    Apple is sending out invitations to what's presumed to be the unveiling of the iPhone 5.  Industry analysts say the phone may have a bigger screen and a smaller connector.  It may also pack a faster processor.

    Many people who've seen the Metro desktop on Windows 8 don't seem to like it.  THey're already experimenting with programs that can make 8 resemble 7.  One takes the entire desktop back to its old look- and another converts the metro start menu to a Windows 7 menu.
