Desmonte Leonard has been indicted for capital murder. Leonard is the man accused of killing three people during a party near Auburn's campus. Three other people were wounded.
Court filings show a grand jury indicted Leonard for capital murder, one count of first-degree assault, two counts of attempted murder and two counts of second-degree assault.
Leonard allegedly shot and killed three people and wounded three others at the party on June 9th.
A trial date has not yet been set.
