Trial over video of drunken fans after BCS Championship begins Tuesday

The trial of the Alabama fan accused of simulating a sex act on an unconscious LSU fan will begin Tuesday.

32-year old Brian Downing, of Smiths Station, has pleaded not guilty to one count of sexual battery and one county of obscenity.

Downing is believed to be the man seen on video simulating a sex act on an apparently drunk LSU fan at a Bourbon Street restaurant. It happened after the BCS Championship game on January 9th.
