Florida baby dies in bath while mother chats online

WALTON COUNTY - FL -

A mother in Walton County, Florida has been arrested after leaving her 8-month-old infant alone in a tub of running water while on the computer. Walton County Sheriff Michael A. Adkinson says investigators learned Brandy Lee Tucker, 31, of Paxton, Florida left the baby unattended in the tub for over ten minutes while she chatted online on a social networking site. The negligence resulted in the baby's death. Tucker has been charged with Negligent Manslaughter.
