From Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale:

"I'm Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale with this week's Crime Stoppers Most Wanted. 

Tonight's suspect faces serious charges, and we need your help to track them down. If you've seen them, call Crime Stoppers now at 205-254-7777. 

The first suspect is 21-year-old Derrick Lamden Hubbard. He's wanted for Failure to Appear-Murder. His last-known address is on the 1600 block of Laurel Avenue Southwest in Birmingham. 

The second suspect is 25-year-old Terry Parvin. He's wanted for Domestic Violence by Strangulation. His last-known address is on the 4300 block of Ottawa Drive in Pinson. 

We also need your help to find 57-year-old Herman Steen. He's wanted for Failure to Appear-Murder. His last-known address is on the 300 block of 22nd Avenue West in Birmingham. 

If you've seen them, call Crime Stoppers now at 205-254-7777. And remember: It could mean a cash reward for you.

In addition to telephone tips, encrypted tips can be submitted online by going towww.birminghamcrimestoppers.org and clicking on the "submit an online tip" link.  Also, you can text 7777, along with your tip, to the word CRIMES.

If you provide information to Crime Stoppers, detectives will never ask for your name, and they will never see your phone number.  Instead, you will be assigned a private code number.  If your tip is the first to lead to an arrest, you then use the code number to claim a cash reward.

Crime Stoppers cannot call its tipsters to testify in court.
