Rosa Parks historical marker stolen a second time

Posted: Updated:

Investigators in Henry County are looking for information in the theft of a Rosa Parks historical marker. The sign marked Parks' childhood residence, when she lived on her grandparents' 260-acre farm. The doubled-sided sign was entitled "Rosa Parks lived here" with a brief bio of the Civil Rights icon.  This isn't the first time it has happened.  That same sign was stolen just four years ago.
