BIRMINGHAM - AL -

The Better Business Bureau of Central Alabama is warning consumers about a company using a Birmingham address that is reportedly contacting timeshare owners across the country, claiming to have a buyer for their property.

The company, Property Management 21, claims to be located at 2028 4th Avenue North in Birmingham according to its website.  However, physical inspection of the address by BBB reveals the address to be a municipal parking garage. Requests by BBB for standard business information on the company have not been returned.  Telephone messages left for the company have gone unreturned.

BBB has received 345 inquiries about the company since it first became known to the Bureau in July, 2012.
