Eating chocolate may not be a bad idea for men.
A new Swedish study found that men who eat a moderate amount of chocolate each week may lower their stroke risk.
Researchers looked at the amount of chocolate taken in by 37,000 men.
After 10 years, those who ate the most lowered their stroke risk by 17-percent.
Researchers did not specify what kind of chocolate the men ate.
Dark chocolate holds the most benefits. So, how much chocolate should you take in to reap the health benefits?
Researchers say about a third of a cup of chocolate chips each week will do.
