ANNISTON - AL -

New details in an internal investigation involving the city of Anniston's public works department.  After a lengthy investigation, Anniston city manager, Don Hoyt, has cleared public works director, Bob Dean, on several allegations against several city employees.  In a release Wednesday, Hoyt says the 12 allegations were delivered in a detailed report to council members and that the allegations are 'unfounded.'

Last week, Ronald Heining, a private citizen, got a tip that public works employees were allegedly doing work at Bob Dean's house.  Heining decided to act on that tip by taking cell phone pictures of the house.  Dean pressed criminal trespass and criminal surveillance charges against Heining.
