Birmingham man indicted for distributing heroin

A federal grand jury, on Tuesday, indicted Jermaine "Maine Maine" Hall and charged him with three counts of distributing heroin in Jefferson County.  According to the indictment Hall distributed heroin on May 31, July 12, and July 30.
