Kalli Warnick and Brian Roberts, both from Gordo, have been arrested and charged with one Count Aggravated Child Abuse each.
Tuscaloosa Police Juvenile Investigators arrested the two suspects on August 20 in Gordo, Al.
The arrests stem from a report made in January 2012. The victim in this case was a three year old female.
Investigators presented the case to the Grand Jury in July. The Grand Jury then issued warrants for the arrests of Warnick and Roberts on the charge of Aggravated Child Abuse.
Each of the suspects is in the custody of the Tuscaloosa County Jail.
