A Dothan man is facing a felony charge after police accused him of giving marijuana to a 7-year-old boy. Dothan police said in a statement that 32-year-old Benny Blake was arrested Sunday and charged with felony distribution of drugs to a minor and felony chemical endangerment of a child.
Police also charged 31-year-old Duran Bass, also of Dothan, with felony first-degree possession of marijuana and felony chemical endangerment of a child in the same incident.
Narcotics investigators served a search warrant at a home on Sunday. Police say they seized marijuana from multiple locations as well as materials for packaging the drugs.
