Some students at University of Alabama have now moved in to their apartments after a new complex was shut down. Move-in day was set for Wednesday at East Edge Apartments.  But they didn't have a certificate of occupancy. It's issued by the city only after a project passes inspection. Inspectors say there were some safety concerns. But most were taken care of Wednesday evening. The owners blamed the contractor, who walked off the job.
