HUEYTOWN - AL -
Police in Hueytown say a man's arrest Saturday wasn't because he was hitchhiking. It's because he was doing it naked.
Numerous people called the police department about the naked man. When officers arrived to check out the reports, the man apparently ran from them and jumped a chain link fence. Officers found the man in front of his nearby home.
The man was taken to a hospital, then charged with public intoxication and public lewdness.
