Sauce:
1 avocado
1 cucumber
4-5 cherry tomatoes
1 grilled peach
1 jalapeno de-seeded
1lime juice and zest
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over grouper and vegetable medley.
