
More Americans are walking regularly to get in shape, but the CDC says we need to pick up the pace.
Sixty-two percent of adults say they walked at least 10 minutes or more a week in 2010. That's a 6% increase from 2005.
Still, just 48% of U.S. adults gets enough exercise to improve their health. The CDC recommends at least 2.5 hours of moderate to intense aerobic physical activity each week.
