Combine melted butter and hot sauce in
mixing bowl with wire whisk.
You can use it right away by putting
your cooked chicken in a bowl that is big enough to pour the sauce over the
chicken and toss to coat.
Or put in a sealed glass or plastic
container and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. When you want to use it, loosen lid and microwave
in 30 second increments until warm throughout.
Stir to re-combine.
