Drug use among baby boomers is on the rise.
According to the National Institutes of Health in 2010 nearly two and a half million people ages 50 to 60 said they had abused prescription or illegal drugs in the past month.
That's more than double the number in 2002.
Emergency rooms nationwide also are seeing more patients older than 55 for reactions to cocaine, heroine and marijuana.
Alcohol still remains the primary substance abused among those in that age group.
