A family pet found skinned alive back in May
was attacked by another animal, according to Chilton County Sheriff Kevin
Davis. It was originally thought the dog had been abused by a human.
Bama the pug was found in the woods behind
his owner's house. Most of his skin was missing and the decision was made to
euthanize the dog.
A reward was offered by the State Humane
Society over the case.
