Developer seeks delay to report to prison for medical issue

A local developer wants a federal judge to delay his date to report to prison for a medical issue. Ronnie Gilley must serve 6 years, 8-months for bribery and money laundering charges in the gambling corruption case. He's supposed to report to prison August 27th. But Gilley's attorney says that a recently discovered medical condition calls for surgery, and recuperation time.
