Teen and juvenile arrested for burglary - ABC 33/40 - Birmingham News, Weather, Sports

Two suspects have been arrested and charged in connection with a burglary investigation.

Monday, South Precinct officers located two suspects that were the focus of a burglary investigation. The initial investigation revealed that the suspects were involved in a burglary at Abby at the Bluff apartments. Officers detained both suspects and after further investigation, the suspects were positively determined to be involved in the burglary. One suspect was also determined to have burglarized the same location about a week ago.

The first suspect has been identified as 18 year old Antonio Starks of Birmingham. Two Burglary warrants with a $15,000.00 bond on each have been obtained against him. Sparks is in the custody of the Jefferson County Jail.

The second suspect is a 13 year old boy from Birmingham. A Burglary petition has been obtained against him. He is in the custody of Jefferson County Family Court.
