From Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale:

"I'm Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale with this week's Crime Stoppers Most Wanted. 

Tonight's suspect faces serious charges, and we need your help to track him down. If you've seen him, call Crime Stoppers now at 205-254-7777. 

The first suspect is 18-year-old De Marcus Smith. He's wanted for Failure to Appear on Attempted Murder. His last-known address is on Sunscape Drive Apt. 38 in Birmingham. 

The second suspect is 33-year-old Christopher Brian Wilkinson. He's wanted for Probation Violation of Robbery 1st. His last-known address is on the 600 block of Lee Road in Birmingham. 

We also need your help to locate 36-year-old Patrick Oneal Warren. He's wanted for Rape by Forcible Compulsion, Arson 1st, Sodomy 1st, and Attempted Murder. His last-known address is on the 6000 block of Georgia Road in Birmingham. 

If you've seen them, call Crime Stoppers now at 205-254-7777. And remember: It could mean a cash reward for you.

In addition to telephone tips, encrypted tips can be submitted online by going towww.birminghamcrimestoppers.org and clicking on the "submit an online tip" link.  Also, you can text 7777, along with your tip, to the word CRIMES.

If you provide information to Crime Stoppers, detectives will never ask for your name, and they will never see your phone number.  Instead, you will be assigned a private code number.  If your tip is the first to lead to an arrest, you then use the code number to claim a cash reward.

Crime Stoppers cannot call its tipsters to testify in court.
