HOOVER - AL -
An early morning fire has destroyed units at a Hoover apartment complex. The fire started around 5:30am at the Autumnwood Apartments. That's just off Old Rocky Ridge Road.
Only one building was affected, but a breezeway kept the fire from spreading to half of the units in that building. At least four units were destroyed by the fire.
The blaze could be seen from I-65 and I-459.
There's no word yet on what started the fire.
