Corner Jonathan Rose leaving Auburn football team

Auburn rising sophomore cornerback Jonathan Rose is leaving the Auburn football team.

According to a report by AuburnSports.com, the Leeds native is leaving the team for personal reasons.

Rose participated in spring practice with the Tigers, but according to the report, was sent home for the summer.

Rose was part of Auburn's 2011 signing class.

Rivals ranked Rose as the No. 7 cornerback and No. 112 overall prospect in the nation.
