From Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale:

"I'm Jefferson County Sheriff Mike Hale with this week's Crime Stoppers Most Wanted. 

Tonight's suspects face serious charges, and we need your help to track them down. If you've seen them, call Crime Stoppers now at 205-254-7777. 

The first suspect is 53-year-old Ida Ratcliff. She's charged with Robbery 2nd Degree. Her last-known address is on the 4900 block of 3rd Avenue South in Birmingham.

The second suspect is 41-year-old James Cobb Hutto. He's charged with Failure to Appear on Murder. His last-known address is on the 300 block of Wells Loop in Jasper. 

If you've seen them, call Crime Stoppers now at 205-254-7777. And remember: It could mean a cash reward for you.

In addition to telephone tips, encrypted tips can be submitted online by going to www.birminghamcrimestoppers.org and clicking on the "submit an online tip" link.  Also, you can text 7777, along with your tip, to the word CRIMES.

If you provide information to Crime Stoppers, detectives will never ask for your name, and they will never see your phone number.  Instead, you will be assigned a private code number.  If your tip is the first to lead to an arrest, you then use the code number to claim a cash reward.

Crime Stoppers cannot call its tipsters to testify in court.
