Tulsa police arrest the man involved with a lengthy crime spree.

Officers arrested 18-year-old Terry Finch Wednesday afternoon. His arrest records were obtained by KTUL.com.  In them, witnesses say Finch is the one who fired on the car a 3 year old girl was riding in.

According to Tulsa Police, it all started with an armed robbery and carjacking on that took place Tuesday night.

Wednesday afternoon A citizen, driving with his 3 year-old daughter, recognized the stolen vehicle  and began to follow it. He called police, but continued to follow it, even after officers responded.

Tulsa police say that there were 4 suspects in the stolen vehicle at the time. Finch allegedly fired shots at the citizen's car, and a bullet grazed the 3 year-old's right leg.

The suspects then left the vehicle and ran.

Police found two of them a nearby neighborhood. One female suspect ran to a friend's house.

Cops surrounded the place and ordered her outside.  After a brief standoff, she came out and police arrested her.

A little later, a K9 officer found Finch in a neighbor's backyard. The police dog latched on his leg and didn't let go.

Finch was treated for the bite wound, and taken to jail.
