
Bike riders on a journey from coast to coast made a stop in Birmingham on Tuesday.
"Journey of Hope" is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
Cyclists travel 3,800 miles from Long Beach, California to Washington D.C.
On Tuesday, they rode into Samford University. The Journey of Hope benefits children with disabilities.
One of the riders, Stephen Moschella is a Troy, Alabama native.
The Journey of Hope riders will spend Wednesday in Birmingham visiting several children with disabilities.
The ride is expected to conclude in Washington D.C. on August 5.
