Recently several residents in Homewood have received phone calls from a person claiming to be with "Community Alert" and making residents aware of crimes in their neighborhood.
These calls appear to be an attempt to sell alarm systems. These calls are not associated with the Homewood Police Department and are not a part of our crime alerts issued through Citizen Observer.
