Birmingham Police nab burglary suspect

The Birmingham Police Department has obtained a Burglary warrant and a total of three Receiving Stolen Property warrants against Jamie Gamble for a incident that occurred on July 11, 2012 in the 1000 block of Sunhill Road in Birmingham.

Gamble was observed by a burglary investigator leaving the scene of the location where a burglary was reported to have occurred. The suspect's vehicle was stopped by officers from Birmingham's East Precinct and the burglary investigator. Gamble was found to have stolen property inside the vehicle (which was also stolen).

Gamble is being held at the Jefferson County Jail.
