A new study found one in five seniors suffer from a mental health or substance abuse problem.

The Institute of Medicine says millions of aging baby boomers have a hard time finding care for mental problems including depression.  That can lead to substance abuse. 

Many doctors focus on the physical needs of the aging population limiting the number of mental health professionals available.
