She's married to "Jay" on Modern Family, but off camera, word of Sofia Vergara being engaged is making headlines.

Although her rep has yet to confirm the happy news, multiple reports are claiming Vergara's beau, Nick Loeb, popped the question while celebrating her 40th birthday in Mexico!

 

One source says he got down on one knee at the Mayan Ruins in front of her friends and family for the special moment.
