So, you finish work, go home and check your smartphone. You look to find there's an email or text from the office, so you respond. Turns out, responding to such messages constitutes for lots of "over-time" at home.

In fact, a recent survey by Good Technology finds that 80 percent of people don't leave their work at work. On average, people spend nearly one hour every day doing work-related correspondence, which ends up adding up to 30 hours a week and more than 360 hours a year.
