Former Governor Don Siegelman is out of options.

A federal judge in Montgomery denied Siegelman a new trial on his bribery and conspiracy convictions.  Judge Mark Fuller wrote that Siegelman's arguments were almost identical to those made by co-defendant Richard Scrushy, who was already denied a new trial....

Siegelman is scheduled to be resentenced August 3rd.  He served just nine months of his original sentence of seven years.
