CULLMAN - AL -
A leak is now fixed at the water treatment plant in Cullman. That leak allowed sewage to escape.
The leak was in a 20-inch pipe. It allowed the sewage to seep through a holding tank.
The sewage is now being diverted elsewhere in the facility to be treated. No water customers were in danger of getting sewage in their water.
