A million dollar lawsuit was filed against 3 teens involved in the shooting death of Baldwin County teen, Summer Moody. The Alabama Marine Police are also named in the lawsuit, after authorities said they were not filing criminal charges against the teens. Moody was shot after a group of teens tried to break in a fish camp on Gravine Island. She died 10 days later.
