BIRMINGHAM - AL -
Birmingham police say they've charged a suspect in the murder of a Birmingham man.
Charles DeBruce now faces charges of Murder, Attempted Murder, and Discharging A Firearm Into An Occupied Dwelling.
The Capital Murder warrant has no bond. DeBruce is charged in connection with the death of 63-year old William Evans. Evans died in a shooting on Sunday. He and an unnamed woman were shot along 68th Place North.
There's no word on the woman's condition.
