Celine Dion is facing a lawsuit.  
An ex-employee has taken legal action, claiming the singer and her husband did not fully pay him for his work.  
The lawsuit alleges Keith Sturtevant was never paid overtime. 
He worked as a handy man at the couple's Florida home between March 2009 and June of this year.
