It's best, if you can stay inside.

This kind of heat can get to you before you even know it.

Heat stroke is the most serious heat-related illness.

The body's temperature rises rapidly, the sweating mechanism fails, and the body is unable to cool down.

Know the warning signs to keep from getting to this point...

A throbbing headache, dizziness, nausea rapid, strong pulse, even red, hot and dry skin and no sweating.

If you start having these symptoms, get somewhere cool immediately.
