Jasper girl dies in funeral home crash

WEST MEMPHIS - AR -

A three year old girl from Jasper is dead tonight after a bizarre accident in Arkansas.

The girl was at a funeral home attending a viewing. when a truck crashed into the building. It happened Thursday night in West Memphis.

Police believe the driver suffered a medical condition that caused her to careen off the road and into the building. They do not think drugs or alcohol were involved.

The girl's mother and 5-year old sister are being treated at a nearby hospital. Authorities have not released the family's identities.
