A judge has delayed the trial of a man accused of poisoning the Toomer's Corner oak trees in Auburn.
The Associated Press is reporting that attorneys for Harvey Updyke have asked the judge to move the trial. Updyke's attorney said Wednesday that his client needs a new jury pool in the case. Judge Jacob Walker says he will set a hearing date to consider the move.
