Gadsden State Community College will begin construction on the Gateway Project as scheduled for June 25. The road construction will eliminate a traffic hazard and join the East Broad Campus with the Wallace Drive Campus. There will be no access to the East Broad Campus from Korner Street beginning at 6:00 a.m. that morning. The alternate entrance to the East Broad Campus will be Fleming Street. Parking will be prohibited on Fleming Street to provide easier access to the campus. Campus Safety & Security will be assisting with traffic until the project is completed.
October 29 is the projected completion date for the Gateway Project.
