Alabama company jet leaves runway near Atlanta

Authorities say four people suffered minor injuries when a small jet registered to an Alabama corporation ran off a runway in metro Atlanta. All four people on board were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, with minor injuries.

The Federal Aviation Administration says the Hawker Beechcraft 40 crashed through a fence after leaving the runway at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport. The plane was arriving from Gadsden. FAA records show it's registered to a small corporation in Centre, Ala.
